美国加强关岛军事基地建设的战略解读

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,美国作为世界上唯一的军事霸权,在全球的军事部署及其重大调动无不引起外界的关注。关岛是美军在西太平洋上重要的海军和空军基地。布什政府时期在关岛军事基地建设采取不少强化措施,不断加强关岛的军事部署并且把中国列为假想敌之一,奥巴马政府上台后如何继承发展,这当然值得我们密切注视。本文旨在对近10年来美国加强关岛军事基地的部署调整之战略内涵加以解读。With a largest population, China should spare no effort to deepen its reform and opening up and strengthen its economic development so as to meet the need of sustainable growth. However, economic development cannot be achieved without domestic social stability or a peaceful external environment. Ever since the advent of the 21 st century, the US, the only one military hegemony, has drawn the world＇s attention with its global military deployment maneuverings. Especially in recent years, the US is strengthening its military base at Guam and taking China as an imaginary opponent. This paper attempts to interpret the strategic connotation of the United States＇ adjustment of military deployments at Guam in the past decade.
