摘　　要：针对宝钢集团不锈钢分公司750高炉煤气洗涤水处理系统30 m辐流浓缩池原周边传动浓缩机在使用过程中存在的问题,根据高炉煤气洗涤水沉淀的污泥中含氧化铁皮和焦炭粉等,其污泥粘度大、相对密度大,刮泥扭矩大的特点,采用四柱式中心传动浓缩机替换原周边传动浓缩机。介绍了改造后的浓缩机主要技术参数、工作原理及结构特点。通过实践应用证明:其传动及提耙等装置的优越性保证了设备的稳定运行,污泥浓缩效果好。This paper is aimed at the existing problems of the original thickeners of periphery drive for the 30m central-radiation flow pool in the 750 BF gas washing water treatment system of stainless steel company, Baoshan Iron and Steel Group. It is decided to transform the thickeners. According to the characteristics of high sludge viscosity, high specific density, high scraping mud torque of the precipitated sludge, iron oxide scale and coke powder in the blast furnace gas wash water ,the original thickener of periphery drive should be replaced by the thickener of central drive with 4-pole guide. This paper introduces the modified machine main technical pa- rameters ,working principle and structure characteristics. Practical application shows that the superiority of the transmission and automatic liff-drop harrow device ensures the stable operation of the equipment and sludge thickening effect.
