摘 要:基于静止悬垂水滴合成气体水合物高压可视化实验装置,分析探讨了系统压力、温度、水源等因素对形成气体水合物的生长特性的影响与作用机理。研究结果表明:气相压力越高,水合驱动力越大,水滴表面水合物颗粒成核时间越短;气相温度越低,反应过冷度越大,水合物颗粒成核时间越短,利于水合反应;与纯净水、蒸馏水相比,冰融化后的蒸馏水生成水合物时间较短,作为水合反应的客体水源较好。本实验基于水合物的喷雾法制备,实现了水合物研究从宏观领域到微观领域的迈进。Based on a set of high-pressure visual experiment device used for gas hydrate formation of suspended static water droplet,the influence factors such as system pressure,temperature,source of water on growth characteristics of gas hydrate are analyzed and discussed.The results showed that a higher gas pressure should lead to a higher driving force and a shorter nucleation time;a lower temperature should lead to a subcooling degree and a shorter nucleation time,which is of great benefit to the hydrate formation.Compared with pure water and distilled water,the melted distilled water are the best water source because it has a shorter nucleation time.Based on water spray formation of gas hydrate,the experiments can help to realize the hydrate formation mechanism from macroscopical field to the microscopical field.
