摘　　要：针对油浆系统结垢影响正常生产的现状,结合国内外催化裂化的发展,探讨了原料、油浆性质、催化剂以及操作条件等对结垢的影响规律,为预防和抑制油浆系统结垢,保持长周期安全运行提供技术保障。As the scaling situation of slurry system seriously impact the industry production,considering of the domestic and foreign development of fluid catalytic cracking process,the influence factors of scaling,such as the raw material,the nature of slurry,catalyst and operating conditions are discussed.It will provide technical support to prevent and suppress the system scaling,and maintain the system's long-period safe operation.
