摘  要:研究了厚膜α-Al2O3涂层硬质合金刀具的涂层设计方法,探索了采用中、高温连续复合化学气相沉积技术(MHT-CVD)生产厚膜α-Al2O3涂层硬质合金刀具的工艺,表征了复合涂层的微观结构,并对厚膜α-Al2O3涂层硬质合金刀具的性能进行了测试。研究表明,通过MHT-CVD工艺生产的厚膜α-Al2O3涂层硬质合金刀具具有比普通TiN涂层硬质合金刀具更佳的切削性能。Design of the WC based on cutting materials with thick α-Al2O3 coating was studied. The preparation of the cutting materials by a composite process of medium and high temperature chemical vapor deposition (MHT-CVD) was investigated. The microstructure of the multiple coating layers were researched. The properties of the cutting materials were characterized as well. The results show that the WC based on cutting materials with thick α-Al2O3 coating have higher cutting property than the material with common TiN coating.
