摘  要:针对转子涡流损耗在某些表贴式交流永磁电机中引起很高的温升问题,本文采用有限元软件仿真分析了三相永磁电机在方波和正弦波驱动方式下的转子涡流损耗的变化规律。分析表明:同转速、同转矩条件下,方波驱动的转子涡流损耗要大于正弦波驱动的,且二者之差随转速和负载的增大而增大。稳定时,方波驱动产生的转子涡流损耗每个电周期有6次波动,这主要是由绕组谐波电流引起的。Rotor eddy current losses may be significant in some kinds of AC permanent magnet machine, which may cause overheat and lead to failure. In this paper, with the help of the finite element model (FEM) software, rotor eddy current losses for three phases magnet motor is studied with sine wave drive and square wave drive. The result indicates that in the same conditions the rotor eddy current losses with square wave drive is greater than that with sine wave drive, and the more speed and torque increase the more difference gets. The rotor eddy current losses with square wave drive will fluctuate six times each electric period in steady state, these fluctuation are induced by the winding harmonic current.
