摘  要:采用超声脉冲电解法从含铜电镀废液中回收铜粉,系统研究了电流密度、占空比、脉冲频率、温度、超声功率等因素对铜粉回收率和剩余铜离子浓度的影响,并采用SEM、XRD等对所回收的铜粉进行表征。研究结果表明,各因素对铜离子回收率影响规律不同;较优的铜粉回收工艺为:电流密度1000A/m2、占空比50%、脉冲频率1000Hz、温度40℃、超声功率640W,在此工艺下铜离子的回收率达98.75%,所回收的铜粉呈枝晶状;加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠可使铜粉从枝晶状转变为类球状。Ultrasonic pulse electrolysis is proposed to recover copper from the copper-containing electroplating effluent. The influences of current density, duty cycle, pulse frequency, temperature and ultrasonic power on the recovery rate and residual concentration of Cu^2+ are systematically studied. The recovery copper powders are characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that the effects of various factors on the recovery rate of Cu^2+ are different. The optimum recovery process is recommended as follows: current density is 1000A/m^2 , duty cycle is 50%, pulse frequency is 1000Hz, temperature is 40℃ and ultrasonic power is 640W, under this process the recovery rate of Cu^2+ is 98. 75% and the recovery copper powder is dendritical. The addition of SDBS can make the morphology of ultrafine copper powder from the dendrite shape into near-spherical shape.
