摘　　要：目的:探索一种用免疫磁珠分选人外周血T淋巴细胞更高效的方法。方法:用Ficoll密度梯度离心法先分离出人单核细胞(PBMC),选用EasySep正选人CD3试剂盒,用两种不同的操作方法分离T淋巴细胞并进行比较。结果:两种方法有显著差异。结论:用免疫磁珠分选人外周血T淋巴细胞的方法值得推广。Objective：To explore a convenient and high-performance isolation method of T-Lymphocytes derived from human peripheral blood.Methods：PBMC were separated from human peripheral blood by Ficoll isolation method.And two different isolation methods of T-Lymphocytes were used by EasySep human CD3 positive seletion kit.Results：There were significant differences in the two methods.Conclusion：The isolation and purification of human peripheral blood T-Lymphocytes by The Immunomagnetic Microbeads is worth to spread.
