部分胃肠外营养在极低出生体重儿治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察部分胃肠外营养(PPN)在极低出生体重儿(VLBW)治疗中的作用。方法:将111例极低出生体重儿分成两组。对照组48例,采用常规方法治疗;治疗组63例,在常规治疗的基础上加用PPN治疗,时间≥21d。在治疗组行PPN治疗结束后监测所有患儿体重、身长、肝功能、肾功能、血脂,余按常规监测。结果:治疗组平均体重增长,平均身高增长,平均住院天数减少,TP差值、ALB差值两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),ALT、TB、TG、BUN差值比较两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:PPN在救治VLBW中是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the effect of Part Parenteral Nutrition （PPN） in treating Very Low Birth weight Infant （VLBW）.Methods：111 cases of VLBW were randomly divided into the experimental group （63 cases） and the control group （48 cases）.The experimental group received PPN at least 21 days,while the control group did not use it.At the first day and the end of PPN administration,body weight,height TG,.ALB TP TB ALT BUN were examined.Results：In experimental group：the height and weight of body were increased and TP,ALB were increased,the average days of hospitalization were less than in the control group.Conclusion：PPN can obviously raise the baby weight and it is a safe and very important treating method for the VLBW.
