摘　　要：目的:通过对女性盆腔结核的临床诊治分析,为结核的临床诊治提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院收治确诊的120例女性盆腔结核的病历资料。结果:盆腔结核易发于育龄女性,多病程缓慢,缺乏典型临床症状,辅助检查的敏感性、特异性也欠佳,临床误诊误治率较高。结论:应提高对盆腔结核的认识,全面收集病史,重视结核相关检查,合理运用B超引导下穿刺、腹腔镜检查术等,并对临床资料作综合分析,从而减少误诊误治。Objective：To analyze the clinical feature of female pelvic tubeculosis,in order to supplement and improve the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic tubeculosis.Methods：The clinical data of 120 cases of female pelvic tuberculosis were concluded and analyzed in our study.Results：Women in child-bearing period were liable to tubeculosis.The course of pelvic tubeculosis usually moved slowly.Pelvic tubeculosis had less typica1 symptoms and was short of sensitive specificial examinations.Therefore,the rate of misdiagnosis and mistreament of pelvic tubeculosis were usually high.Conclusion：We should pay more attention to pelvic tubeculosis,Collect patient histories completely and in detail,think highly of examilations correlated to tuberculosis,apply transabdominul ultrasound-guided needle bioqsy,laparoscopy,etc and then aggregately analyze these informations.Accordingly,the misdiagnosis and mistreament of pelvic tubeculosis would be decrease.
