摘 要:采用循环伏安法在玻碳电极表面依次电沉积纳米二氧化锆和铂微粒,制备了一种检测甲醛的新型电化学传感器。用电镜扫描对该修饰电极表面进行了表征,循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了甲醛在该修饰电极上的电催化氧化作用,优化了实验参数。结果表明,该修饰电极对甲醛有很好的电催化氧化作用,在0.1mol/LH2SO。溶液中,甲醛的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~5.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Lp(μA)=79.95+2.005×105c(mol/L),相关系数r=0.9993,检出限为5.0×10-7mol/L。A novel electrochemical sensor for the detection of formaldehyde is developed based on electrodepositing zirconia( ZrO2 ) and Pt nanoparticles on glassy carbon electrode by cyclic vohammetry(CV). Scan electron microscopy(SEM) was used to characterize the morphology of electrode surface. The spherical Pt nanoparticles with average diameter of about 100 nm were observed to cover on the surface of zirconia nanoparticles film. The electrocatalytical behaviors of the modified electrode to- wards formaldehyde were investigated by CV and linear sweep voltammetry(LSV). Experimental pa- rameters, including amount of ZrO2 and Pt nanoparticles, pH value, accumulation potential and time had been optimized. The results showed that the modified electrode exhibited a remarked elec- trocatalytic activity toward formaldehyde. The calibration curve was linear for formaldehyde in the range of 1.0 ×10-6 -5.0 × 10-3 moL/L(r =0. 999 3) with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10 -7 moL/L. The simiplicity and good reproducibility made the presented method was promising for detection of formaldehyde in real samples.
