摘　　要：[目的]探讨潍坊市城区居民代谢综合征的影响因素,为采取有效的预防措施提供科学依据。[方法]对潍坊市340例代谢综合征患者进行1︰1配对病例对照研究,资料运用Logistic回归分析代谢综合征影响因素。[结果]年龄OR=1.832(95%CI:1.071～3.294);肥胖OR=3.015(95%CI:1.021～8.904);糖摄入量OR=1.807(95%CI:1.071～3.049);吸烟OR=2.423(95%CI:1.514～3.863);运动OR=0.580(95%CI:0.367～0.725);牛奶摄入量OR=0.443(95%CI:0.232～0.848);饮茶OR=0.362(95%CI:0.243～0.554)。[结论]年龄、肥胖、糖摄入量、吸烟可能是代谢综合征的危险因素,而牛奶摄入量、运动和饮茶是代谢综合征的保护因素。[Objective] To explorer influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in Weifang and to provide the basis for prevention and control measure.[Methods] A matched,population-based case-control study was conducted in 340 cases with metabolic syndrome（case-control ratio=1：1）,The risk factors were analyzed by multivariant conditional Logistic regression.[Results] Age,OR=1.832（95%CI：1.071-3.294）;obesity,OR=3.015（95%CI：1.021-8.904）;intake of sucrose,OR= 1.807（95% CI：1.071-3.049） ;smoking,OR =2.423（95% CI：1.514-3.863） ;exercise,OR =0.580（95% CI：0.367-0.725）;intake of milk,OR=0.443（95%CI：0.232-0.848）;drinking tea,OR=0.362（95%CI：0.243-0.554）.[Conclusion] The major factors influencing the incidence of metabolic syndrome in Weifang are age,obesity,sucrose intakes,smoking,while intake of milk,exercise,the habit of drinking tea benefit for metabolic syndrome.
