摘 要:[目的]探讨乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作的综合评价方法,为免疫规划工作综合评价提供借鉴。[方法]以自贡市的91个乡镇卫生院为评价对象,采用综合评分法、Topsis法、秩和比法、综合指数法对各乡镇卫生院的免疫规划工作进行综合评价,并采用均值组合评价法对结果进行组合。[结果]4种综合评价方法的评价结果存在一定的差异。组合评价结果更加稳定、合理。[结论]不同方法得出的评价结果基本接近,能够比较真实反映乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作的开展情况,在条件允许的前提下,对综合评价结果最好能加以适当的组合,以使评价结果更加稳定、合理。[Objective] To explore methods of synthetical evaluation for EPI in township hospitals and provide some methodological advice for EPI evaluation.[Methods] 91 township hospitals in Zigong were selected as subjects,and Integrative measure,Topsis method and Rank Sum Ratio(RSR) method were applied to evaluate the survey data,and mean value synthetical evaluation was combined to analyzed.[Results] There was significant difference among four synthetical methods.The results of combination methods were stable and reasonable.[Conclusion] The results from different evaluation methods are similar and could truly reflect the practical situation of EPI in township hospitals.It's better to combine the results of synthetical evaluation appropriately to make the result more stable and reasonable.
