高校医学生在农村开展预防艾滋病宣传模式的探讨

摘　　要：[目的]了解艾滋病在农村部分人群中的知晓情况,探索高校医学生利用寒假在农村进行艾滋病防治宣传的模式。[方法]结合其他疾病预防知识,开发适合农村居民的宣传资料,培训农村户籍医学生,利用寒假回家期间,培训合格的大学生在其户籍所在的行政村开展入户调查与宣传,并在首次调查之后,马上针对一些调查对象不了解的知识和不科学的态度给予告知和纠正。宣传前后共调查了1010名返乡过春节的民工、留守家属和农村校外青少年。[结果]被调查者对艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率宣传前(72.63%)与宣传后(88.75%)差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。三类人群对艾滋病相关知识认知及态度没有显著性差异。通过培训合格的大学生利用寒假返乡宣传,宣传的接受程度增加,同时提高了当地农村居民对艾滋病相关知识知晓率和大学生的综合能力,并促进了全社会参与。[结论]通过培训合格的医学生利用寒假返乡宣传是一切实可行的模式。[Objective] To understand the situation of part rural residents＇ attitude to AIDS;and to explore the AIDS prevention and advocacy model which medical students from the colleges carry out in their hometown in winter vacation.[Methods] Combined with other diseases prevention knowledge,promotional materials suitable for rural residents were developed.The qualified propagandists were selected from the trained college medical students in rural household registrations.When propagandists went back to hometown in winter vacation,they conducted the investigation in their local area.Including rural out-of-school youth,the peasant workers returned home to celebrate the Chinese New Year,and their family members.After survey,some of their incorrect knowledge or unscientific attitude to AIDS were informed or corrected immediately.There were 1010 rural residents were investigated.[Results] After propaganda,the cognitive degree of rural residents to AIDS related knowledge had been significantly enhanced（P﹤0.05）.There was no difference among the three types of rural residents＇ knowledge and attitude to AIDS.Through training of qualified college students to conduct propaganda in winter vacation,which increased the rural residents＇ acceptability to propaganda.Local rural residents＇ cognitive degree to AIDS-related knowledge and the college students＇ comprehensive ability were improved at the same time.[Conclusion] Through training medical undergraduates to propagate AIDS-related knowledge in winter vacation is a practical model in rural area.
