摘　　要：[目的]探讨地震灾民的压力与社会支持的关系。[方法]采用横断面调查研究方法,应用压力信号的自我观察与分析量表、社会支持评定量表对371名灾民进行调查。[结果]灾民的压力程度为中度;压力与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.26,P﹤0.001)。[结论]良好的社会支持可缓解灾民的压力。[Objective] To explore the correlation between stress and social support in people who experienced earthquake.[Methods] A cross-sectional design survey was applied to this study.The self-observation and analyses of Stress Scale and Social Support Scale were used to investigate 371 people who experienced earthquake.[Results] People who went through earthquake experienced moderate stress.The stress was correlated with social support（r=-0.26,P﹤0.001）.[Conclusion] Good social support could relieve the stress of people who experienced earthquake.
