摘　　要：在一些公共场所,各种LED电子广告牌随处可见,一些商业网站里也有众多的Flash动画广告.本文利用VB.NET设计开发一款时钟广告,可以添加到你的应用程序中,也可以嵌入到网页的页眉显示时间、商业广告等,是一种非常实用技术,我们利用这一方法改进了我校部分LED显示功能.取得了非常好的效果.In some public places, all kinds of LED electronic billboards everywhere, and some commercial sites where there are a large number of Flash animation ads. In this paper, VB. NET design and development of a clock advertising, you can add to your application can also be embedded into the page header displays the time, commercial advertising. Is a very practical technology, we use this method to improve some of my school LED display. Achieved very good resuits.
