东北第二条亚欧大陆桥的开发潜力及推动对策研究

摘　　要：随着国际政治、经济形势的风云变幻,东北亚区域合作的不断发展及图们江地区国际合作开发的不断向前推进,打通与建设我国东北第二条亚欧大陆桥的问题又提到了重要日程。为此,针对目前工作现状、新时期东北亚次区域合作的特点以及东北振兴与区域一体化的建设要求,东北第二条亚欧大陆桥开发的潜力及建设,首先要有强有力的领导体系;其次要处理好国内外的合作关系,促进图们江港口发展自由贸易,进而推进珲春作为东北第二条亚欧大陆桥的重要枢纽地位。With the fast changing international political and economic situation, Northeast Asian regional cooperation and the international cooperation in Tumen River Delta develops fast. The issue of opening up and constructing the second Northeast Asian -European land bridge has been put on the schedule again. On the base of the features of Northeast Asia regional cooperation and the request of Northeast China revitalization, this paper focuses on analyzing the development potential and problems of the second Northeast Asian - European land bridge, and giving some countermeasures to open up the second Northeast Asian -European land bridge early.
