摘　　要："点-轴系统"理论作为区域开发的基础性理论,对区域旅游开发具有非常重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。本文在分析江苏沿海湿地旅游资源类型和空间分布的基础上,针对旅游开发布局中存在的主要问题,以"点-轴系统"理论为基础,构建"点-轴"开发模式,提出该模式下的发展措施,从而优化旅游空间结构,实现江苏沿海湿地旅游的可持续发展。As the fundamental theory in regional exploitation, the pole-axis theory not only has important theoretical value, but also has major operation significance. Based upon a solid research foundation in resource type and directional distribution of the wetland tourism of coastal areas in Jiangsu Province, according to the existent problem in distribution of tourism, this paper summarizes the selection method of the axis and poles of tourism exploitation, constructs the axis and poles development model, in order to optimize tourist spatial structure and achieve sustainable development.
