摘　　要：农地流转是农村集体经济发展的重要基础,发展农村集体经济是农地流转的基本保障,农地流转与农村集体经济的发展呈正相关的关系,只有正确处理两者之间的关系,才能对中国农业现代化发挥应有的作用。Rural land transfer is the important foundation for the development of rural collective economy, and later is the basic guarantee for the former they have a positive correlation. Only by handling the relationship correctly can it play its due role in China＇s agricultural modernization.
