摘 要:分析了信息对称及教师权威的内涵,阐释了教师权威存在的合理性,提出了在信息对称背景下重建教师权威的具体办法:传统权威在理性中重建,法定权威在民主中增强,感召权威在祛魅中健全,知识权威在多元中平衡。The connotations of information symmetry and teachers' authoritativeness are analyzed and the reason- ability of teachers' authoritativeness is clarified. The specific measures to reconstruct teachers' authoritativeness under information symmetry are put forward: traditional authoritativeness is rebuilt in ration; statutory authorita- tiveness is strengthened in democracy; inspiration authoritativeness is improved in disenchantment and knowledge authoritative is balanced in multiple.
