摘 要:采用铬酸盐溶液在不锈钢表面获得黄绿色化学转化膜。利用X射线光电子能谱分析法及俄歇电子能谱法分析了所得镀层的元素组成,各元素含量及化学状态。所得膜层厚度为127nm,主要由Cr、Fe、Ni,O等元素组成,它们分别以CrO3、Fe2O3和NiO的形成存在,其相对原子百分浓度分别为Cr24.0,Fe2.6,Ni0.Yellowish green chromating films with thickness about 127nm were obtained on stainless steel in chromate soutions. Its elementary composition, content and chemical state were analysized by means of Xray photo spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy. The film was basically composed of such elements as chrominu, iron, mickel and oxygen, which exist in the film as CrO3, Fe2O3 and NiO individually, and the relative atomic percent of Cr: Fe: Ni was 24.0:2.6:0,5.
