摘　　要：清朝时期,繁荣的商业及以移民为主体的人口结构,使各种商业纠纷突现。具有不同省籍的移民商帮、会馆间在商帮经营范围、劳资关系方面存在一些矛盾。在清朝时期的重庆,社区、亲邻的调处能力不及商帮、会馆的调处能力,而正式的司法审判通过多种形式介入百姓的日常生活之中。In Qing dynasty,for the flourishing business and the immgrant-based human structure, kinds of commercial disputes emerge. Immigrants from different provinces aslo had many conflicts, as they had different operating scale, and labor and capital relations.In Qing dynasty, community and neighboursj mediatorial and disposal function is weaker than that of business faction. Formal judicatory had been integrated peoples daily lives by many modalities.
