摘 要:键盘是计算机重要的组成部分,织物键盘具有柔软特性,可克服传统键盘不可折叠、弯曲、洗涤等缺点。依据硬质键盘开关行列矩阵电路的原理,X型结构三维异型截面织物的设计以实现开关织物化,达到柔性效果。其由上导电层、绝缘层、下导电层构成,通过上下两层界面中分别织入经纬向金属丝,形成代替上下传导层的功能,经上机织造形成织物及分析测试,能够实现键盘开关功能。Keyboard is an important part for computer. Fabric keyboard can overcome many disadvantages of conventional keyboard such as not foldable, bending and washable etc. According to the ranks of hard key- board switch matrix circuit theory, X-type yarn structure, three-dimensional shaped cross-section fabric is designed to realize the fabric switch technology to achieve flexible results. They are constituted by the upper conductive fabric,insolated fabric and bottom conductive fabric. Through test and analysis, the result shows that by inserting warp and weft that are made from metal into the upper and bottom layers to develop conductive function in weaving,the keyboard switch function is achieved.
