护理干预减少小儿全麻恢复期并发症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预在减少小儿全麻恢复期并发症发生的临床效果。方法将105例全麻手术患儿随机分为对照组52例和观察组53例，对照组术中及恢复期按以往的常规进行护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，有预见性的采取干预措施。结果两组患儿恢复期发生的并发症：呼吸道梗阻，疼痛、恐惧、苏醒期躁动，低氧血症，寒颤、低体温及循环系统异常等并发症的发生例数比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论麻醉术中及恢复期采取有效的护理干预措施，可减少小儿麻醉恢复期并发症的发生。Objective to observe the nursing intervention in reducing complications of pedi- atric anesthesia recovery. Methods 105 cases of general surgery patients will be 52 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in the past and recovery according to the conventional care, the observation group in routine care, and on the basis of prospective intervention. Results two groups of children convalescence complications： airway obstruction, pain, fear and revive period moving restlessly, hypoxia, chilis, hypothermia and circulatory complications such as average abnormal, （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion MaZuiShu convalescence and adopt effective measures, the nursing interven- tion can reduce the incidence of complications convalescence pediatric anesthesia.
