摘 要:提出了一种适用于气体在换热器管束间的局部表面传热系数的实验测试方法。误差分析表明,该方法所产生的最大相对误差为5.11%;分别对空气纵向和横向冲刷正方形与正三角形2种排列方式的管束进行局部传热的实验和数值模拟研究,将实验结果、数值模拟结果与经验公式进行比较。研究表明:实验值与数值模拟、经验公式吻合较好,最大偏差小于10%;综合误差分析与实验结果比较,表明该方法简单、方便,并且可靠。A new method for measuring local heat transfer coefficient of shell-side of shell-and-tube heat exchanger with gas flow in tube bundles was proposed. The error analysis shows that the maximal relative error of this method is no more than 5.11%. The experimental and numerical simulation on the local heat transfer coefficient of air flow in staggered and in-line layout bundles in longitudinal and cross flow were carried out respectively. Comparing with the experimental result, numerical result and empirical data, it shows that the experimental result is consistency with the numerical result and literature empirical data; the maximal relative error is less than 10%. By error analysis and experimental result comparison, it shows that such method is simple, convenient and reliable.
