摘 要:为开发一种设备和工艺简单、高效、经济适用的炼油污水回用处理技术,采用隔离曝气生物反应器(IBAR)对炼油厂的外排污水进行处理研究。外排污水的水质基本达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978—1996)一级标准。研究不同水力停留时间(HRT)、气水体积比和反冲洗周期对污水中化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮等污染物处理效果的影响。结果表明:当HRT为1.9 h,气水体积比为5.0,pH值为6.5—8.5以及反冲洗周期为6 d时,经IBAR处理后COD、石油类、氨氮、固体悬浮物(SS)去除率可分别达到42.8%,47.5%,69.4%,96.1%,出水水质平均质量浓度分别为52,1.1,2.1,1.6 mg/L,基本达到中石化污水回用于循环冷却补充水水质标准。In order to develop an oil refining wastewater reuse technology with simple process, high efficiency and low cost, the isolated biological aerated reactor (IBAR) was used for treating the oil refining wastewater, and the quality of treated water was complied with Class I of the national standard of integrated wastewater discharge (GB8978-1996). The factors affecting the removal of COD and NH3-N in the wastewater, such as hydraulic retention time ( HRT), the volume ratio of air to water and backwashing cycle, were investigated. The results show that when the HRT is 1.9 h, the volume ratio of air to water is about 5.0, pH is 6.5-8.5, and the backwashing cycle is 6 d, the average removal efficiency of COD, oil pollutants, NH3-N, suspension solid (SS) is 42.8%, 47.5%, 69.4%, and 96. 1% respectively after IBAR treatment. The average mass concentration of COD, NH3-N, oil pollutants and SS in the effluent is 52, 1.1, 2.1 and 1.6 mg/L respectively, which basically meets SINOPEC industry standard for supplemental circulating water quality.
