普外科围手术期抗菌药物临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨我院普外科2007年各类手术围手术期抗菌药使用的规律与特征,进一步规范并干预我院正确使用抗菌药物。方法:随机抽取我院普外科2007年1～12月手术出院病历共200份作为调查对象。对手术切口类型,选用抗菌药物的种类、联用情况、用药时间等内容做统计分析,并作出评价。结果:200例手术病人除了4例术前未用药外,其余均术前、术后预防及治疗用抗生素,使用抗生素达100%,涉及抗生23种,抗生素使用前5位依次是头孢匹胺、替硝唑、奥硝唑、头孢替唑、美洛西林。结论:外科手术均普遍应用抗生素预防和治疗感染,但未严格按《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》用药,应加强管理,采取必要的管理措施和行政手段,促进临床合理使用抗生素。Objective：To investigate the laws and features of the antibacterial drugs use in perioperation of various operations in general surgery, of our hospital, to explore its reasonable and further regulation and interference with the proper uses of antibiotics.Methods： 200 medical records were randomly selected in the general surgery of our hospital from January to December 2007 ,for performing the statistical analysis and evaluation on the surgical incision types, kinds of using antibiotics, combination of drugs, administration time and so on.Results：Among 200 cases,4 cases had no medication before operation, the others received the prevention and treatment of antibiotics before and after operation, the use of antibiotics was 100%, involving 23 kinds of antibiotics. The top 5 used antibiotics were in turn cefpiramide,tinidazole,omidazole,ceftezole and mezlocillin.Conclusion：Antibacterial drugs were commonly used for preventing and treating infection in operations, but not strictly in accordance with the Clinical Use of Antibacterial Drugs Guiding Prineiples（1）.It is necessary to strengthen the management and take the management and administrative means to promote the rational uses of antibiotics.
