摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状旁腺功能亢进所致骨骼改变的X线表现特征。方法:对12例甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的临床及X线资料进行回顾性分析。结果:12例均有骨质疏松,骨膜下骨吸收11例,囊状骨质破坏7例,软组织钙化5例,骨硬化2例。结论:骨膜下骨吸收合并广泛的骨质疏松是X线诊断本病的重要征象。Objective ：To investigate the X-ray manifestations of skeletal changes in hyperparathyroidism. Methods： 12 cases of hyperparathyroidism with clinical and X ray data were analyzed retrospectively. Results：There were 12 cases of osteoporosis, 11 eases of subperiosteal bone resorption,7 cases of cystic bone destruction,5 cases of soft tissue calcification. Bone sclerosis oceurred in 2 cases. Conclusion：Extensive subperiosteal bone resorption combined osteoporosis is an important X-ray sign for diagnosing this disease.
