摘  要:以6个桃品种为研究对象,采用RAPD技术对其进行鉴定和亲缘关系分析。25个随机引物共获得213条DNA谱带,其中65条(30.5%)为多态性带。通过单引物和引物组合可以将6个品种区分开来。RAPD分析结果表明:“秋红晚蜜”和“秋红早蜜”先聚在一起,然后再与“秋红蜜”聚在一起,三者间遗传相似系数为0.983-0.984,为共同起源的地方性品种 “燕红”和“西妃”先聚在一起,然后又与“乐林早红”聚在一起,三者相似系数范围为0.913-0.980,其中“燕红”和“西妃”的相似系数为0.980。推测“西妃”是“燕红”的芽变或者亲本来源相同。In this study, 6 peach cultivars were analyzed using random amplified polymorphic DNA markers. 213 DNA bands were amplified with 25 primers, 65 of which (30.5%) were polymorphic. Six cultivars can be differentiated through single primer and double primers. The result of cluster analysis showed that 'Qiuhongwanmi' and 'Qiuhongzaomi' were clustered first, and then clustered with 'Qiuhongmi', and the genetic similarity coefficients of the three cultivars ranged from 0. 983 to 0. 984; They were local cultivars originated from the same culti- var. ' Yanhong' and ' Xifei ~ were clustered first, and then clustered with ' Laolinzaohong'. The range of genetic similarity coefficients of the three eultivars was from 0. 913 to 0. 980, 'Yanhong' and 'Xifei' of which were 0. 980. 'Xifei' maybe sport from 'Yanhong' or originated from the same parents presumably.
