摘　　要：本文主要通过运用SWOT分析方法分析图书馆知识管理相关因素的优劣,提出图书馆应如何扬长避短,保证知识管理的有效实施,发挥图书馆知识转移的效果,从而提升图书馆在知识社会中的地位,扮演好知识服务的角色。This article mainly analyzed the library knowledge management correlation factor by using the SWOT analysis method, proposed how the library should enhance strong points and avoid weaknesses, to ensure the effective implementation of knowledge management, display the effect of the library knowledge shift, thus promote the library in knowledge society play a good role in acts the good knowledge service.
