摘　　要：论述了专题知识库服务需求起源,分析了几种个人数字图书馆软件和一些网站的个性化服务栏目的功能特点及对专题知识库系统功能设计的启发,阐述了专题知识库系统在知识服务中的应用前景,给出了总体设计的框架结构和效果框图。Discussed in the origin of demand for services, analysis of several personal digital library software and some websites of personalized service features columns, knowledge base system on the topic of their functional design inspiration, a thematic knowledge- based systems described in the application of knowledge services in the future, gave the overall design of the frame structure and effect diagram.
