摘 要:本文针对山东黄海造船有限公司新船体车间的填土强夯地基检测效果进行了分析评价,该强夯地基检测采用了平板载荷试验、工程物探(瑞雷波测试)、超重型动力触探、标准贯入试验及钻探取样等几种检测方法,并进行了相互对比验证,准确评价了填土强夯地基处理后的工程特性;通过对这几种检测方法进行对比分析,认为其中任何一种检测方法都难以准确地进行强夯地基效果的评价,只有把平板载荷试验、工程物探(瑞雷波测试)、超重型动力触探、标准贯入试验及钻探取样结合起来,综合对比分析,才能得到准确的检测结果,才能避免单一方法检测结果的片面性,从而准确地评价抛石填海区域强夯地基的力学特性、强夯地基有效加固深度、被加固土的物理性能及受影响的土的物理力学性质变化情况,对类似的强夯加固地基效果评价具有一定的参考价值。This paper analyzes the detection effect of the fill foundation of one new ship workshop in Shandong Shipbuilding Co. , Ltd. using dynamic compaction. The foundation is detected using several detection methods such as plate load testing, physical exploration (Rayleigh test), super-heavy dynamic penetration, SPT, drilling and sampling etc. It is found that one single detection method of the above methods can hardly evaluate the engineering characteristics of the treated foundation. Only if plate load testing, physical exploration (Rayleigh test), super-heavy dynamic penetration, SPT, drilling and sampling are combined, the detection effect can be reflected accurately. The above combined detection method can not only evaluate the dynamic compacted foundation but also evaluate the effected compacted depth and its engineering characteristics. Furthermore, the above combined detection methods can be used to detect the effect of similar projects using dynamic compaction.
