摘 要:在大桥钢箱梁制造中,严格的几何控制对实现全桥的目标线形具有重要意义。几何控制通过箱梁节段必要的尺寸测量和控制节点的坐标、高程测量予以实现,箱梁节段预拼装后的检测和调整是几何控制的重要环节。针对钢箱梁制造检测具有测点多、通视不良等特点,本文研究了全站仪自由设站检测方法,并进一步研究了检测成果的系统统一问题,研究了坐标转换成果的AutoCAD辅助检查方法。结合某大桥钢箱梁制造检测实际,采用全站仪自由设站法进行检测,并对多测站检测成果进行了系统转换和检查,保证了检测成果的可靠性。In the manufacture of steel box girder of bridge, the strict geometry control plays an important role in the realization of the linear target of the whole bridge. The geometric control is achieved by necessary size measurements of segmental box girder and measurements of control nodes' coordinates and elevations. And the testing and adjustment after Pre-assembled of segmental box girder is also an important part of the geometric control. Because of the characteristics of the detection of steel box girder manufacture, such as lots of points and hard passing, the liberal station method needs to be eserched. Further, the unification of the system of tested results and AutoCAD supplementary examination of coordinate conversion is studied. In light of the example of detection of steel box girder manufacture, the liberal station method is used, the multi-station detecting results is converted and tested, and the reliability of detecting results is ensured.
