摘　　要：面对日益激烈的市场竞争,专利战略已成为中小企业绩效新的增长点,因此,优化专利战略成为中小企业发展技术创新极为重要的工作。文章分析了中小企业实施专利战略的现状,总结其存在的问题,并从专利研发、申请和保护三个角度提出优化中小企业专利战略的对策建议。Faced with the more and more intense market competition, patent strategy has become a new growth point to the small and medium enterprises for their achievement. Therefore, optimizing patent strategy is becoming important for the development of the small and medium enterprises. The current situation of patent strategy of the small and medium enterprises was analyzed and problems summarized in the paper. Countermeasures to optimize the patent strategy were put forward from patent research and development, application and protection.
