摘　　要：目的观察3日短程中药排石方案治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法将87例患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组45例,分别采用3日短程中药排石方案和排石颗粒治疗,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组结石完全排出率为38.1%,总有效率为57.1%;对照组结石完全排出率为2.2%,总有效率为11.1%%。两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3日短程排石方案治疗肾结石有确切的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese herbs within 3 days in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods Eighty-seven subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 42 cases were treated by herbal three-day stone-removing regimen and control group in which 45 cases were treated with ＂Paishi Granule＂. Results The stone-removing rate was 38.1% in treatment group and 2.2 % in control group （P 〈0.05 ） ; the total effective rarte was 57.1% in treatment group and 11.1% in control group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Herbal three-day stone-removing regimen is quite effective for renal calculi.
