摘　　要：概述近年来蛇床子有效成分防治骨质疏松症的实验研究进展。蛇床子的有效成分总香豆素以及其中的单体蛇床子素可对成骨细胞和破骨细胞的骨代谢进行调节,并对各种类型的骨质疏松模型具有一定的防治作用。Total coumarins and osthole are effective components of Common Cnidium Fruit. The recent studies in the osteoporosis model indicate that the total coumarins and osthole can change the level of hormone and cytokine, regulate the signal pathway of bone metabolism, promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, and inhibit the activity of osteoclasts. Thus the total coumarins and osthole can provide anti-osteoporosis function for the osteoporosis model.
