《普济方》舌象特点探讨

摘　　要：采用频数统计方法,分析《普济方》的舌象特点。结果显示:现代舌象较为重视的舌色、苔质、苔色在《普济方》中出现频数较小或相对较小,反之,现代舌象较不重视的舌面津液(舌干)、舌态(舌强)、舌体病变(舌生疮)、舌形(舌肿)在《普济方》中出现频数较大或相对较大。《普济方》中出现频数较大的上述各类舌象和各种舌象均属可直接影响舌的功能、因而能"强制性"引起注意的舌象。《普济方》中出现频数较小的舌色、苔质、苔色类舌象均属需要有意识观察才能获得的舌象。To analyze the characteristics of tongue manifestation with frequency statistics method. The results showed that the tongue color, far, fur color being givern more attention appear in smaller or relatively lower frequency in Moxibustion in Prescriptions for Universal Relief, whereas the lingual body fluid （ tongue stem）, tongue state （ strong tongue ）, tongue lesions （ sore tongue）, changed tongue-shape （tongue swelling） being givern less attention appear in larger or relatively larger frequency in Moxibustion in Prescriptions for Universal Relief The above-mentioned types of tongue picture appearing in higher frequency all may directly affect the thnction of the tongue,＇ therefore they can ＂mandatorily＂ draw physician＇ s attention. The tongue color, fur, tongue manifestations of fur color appearing in a smaller frequency are required to get a sense of observations.
