醒胰降糖灵对肾阴虚型糖尿病大鼠血流变的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对肾阴虚型糖尿病大鼠血流变的影响。方法:一次性大剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素,并连续皮下注射甲状腺素造成肾阴虚型糖尿病模型。观察其血流变学变化及醒胰降糖灵对其改善作用。结果:与空白组比较,模型组cGMP含量降低、cAMP/cGMP比值明显升高,且血糖值均大于10.0 mmol/L,说明造模成功。与模型对照组比较,醒胰降糖灵治疗组可明显改善血流变指标:全血粘度(ηb)、血浆粘度(ηp)、全血还原粘度(ηr)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞聚集指数(ECI),其疗效明显优于六味地黄汤阳性药对照组,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:醒胰降糖灵可改善血液流变学部分指标,有防治糖尿病及其并发症的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Xingyi Jiangtangling on hemorheology of diabetes rat model of kidney-yin deficiency. Methods： The diabetes model rats of kidney-yin deficiency were made by single large-dose intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and continuous subcutaneous injection of thyroxine, The changes of hemorheology and the effect .of Xingyi Jiangtangling on hemorheology were observed. Results： Compared with the blank group, the model group had a decreased cGMP content and significantly increased cAMP/cGMP ratio, and the blood glucose values greater than 10.0 mmol/L, which indicates the successive modeling. In comparison with the model control group, treatment group with Xingyi Jiangtangling significantly improved the hemorheology indicators： whole blood viscosity （ηb）, plasma viscosity （ηp）, whole blood reduced viscosity （ηr）, hematocrit （HCT）, erythrocyte aggregation index （ECI）. Its efficacY was better than that of control group with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction, there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Xingyi Jiangtangling can improve some indicators of hemo, theology, prevent and control diabetes and its complications.
