摘　　要：目的了解重庆市街头暗娼对艾滋病防治相关知识及需求现状,为开展进一步干预措施提供有利依据。方法采取定量与定性方法相结合。整群抽取重庆市渝中区街头暗娼在知情同意下进行匿名问卷调查和个人深入访谈。共问卷调查街头暗娼168人,访谈18人。结果其艾滋病防治知识知晓率低(28%);多性伴,最近1周接客数2～100次,平均16.25次;安全套使用率低,最近1个月每次使用的频率为26.2%;性病感染率较高,最近1年内有32%出现性病相关症状。结论开展街头暗娼人群艾滋病健康教育、免费发放安全套、自愿咨询检测及同伴教育的综合干预工作迫在眉睫。Objective To understand the status of AIDS related to knowledge and demand of street-based female sex workers（FSWs）in Chongqing and provide evidence for implementing behavioral intervention and health education targeting to this population group.Methods It combined qualitative and quantitative method together,by cluster sampling procedure,and 168 street-based female sex workers in Yuzhong district were interviewed after informed consent.Results A total of 168 street-based FSWs were surveyed by questionnaire,and 18 were interviewed.This study reflected that FSWs had poor recognition of the transmission routes and prevention methods about AIDS,and the rate was just 28%.They had multi-sex partners,and the number of clients in recent week was from 2 to 100,and the average was 16.25.The rate of condom use in recent one month with their clients during sex was 26.2%.In recent one year the prevalence of STDs among FSWs was 32%.Conclusion It is urgent to conduct health education and behavioral intervention targeting to them.
