摘　　要：介绍了隔膜碱系统初开车过程中,因氯气透平压缩机自身保护所引起的氯气系统不能形成有效负压,造成电解以及事故塔可能跑氯,并提出解决方法。Effective negative pressure of chlorine gas system could not form because of self protection of chlorine gas turbocompressor in operation process of diaphragm caustic soda system. The solutions of hidden accident of chlorine leakage of electrolysis and accident tower were introduced.
