米曲菌胰酶封管法在老年长期鼻饲患者中应用的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨老年长期留置胃管患者在鼻饲后采用米曲菌胰酶封管的疗效。方法将48例采用鼻饲饮食的老年神经内科患者按照随机数字表法,随机分为鼻饲后采用温水+空气封管组(对照组)和鼻饲后采用米曲菌胰酶实验组。对比观察两组患者堵管的发生率及胃管的使用寿命。结果实验组堵管发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年长期鼻饲患者进行肠内营养支持时,鼻饲后采用米曲菌胰酶封管堵塞发生率低,减轻因反复留置胃管给患者造成的痛苦,值得在长期鼻饲老年患者中推广。Objective To discuss the effects of tube-sealing with kangbishen on the elderly patients with long-term gastric tube. Methods Fourty-eight elderly patients with long-term gastric tube were randomly divided into the control group（n= 24） given tube-sealing with air and warm water and the observational group（n=24） given tube-sealing with kangbishen. Then a comparison between the incidence rate of gastric tube blocking and the application life was conducted. Results The incidence rate of gastric tube blocking in the observational group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of kangbishen after nasal feeding could reduce the incidence rate of gastric tube block as well as the suffering of the patients, which is worth popularizing among the elderly patients with long-term nasal feeding.
