摘  要:研究了用新型除钴剂AnBm从湿法炼锌硫酸盐溶液中除钴,考察了影响钴沉降的几个因素。试验结果表明:在氧化剂加入量42mg/L,脱钴剂加入量2.4g/L,反应时间50~60min,温度70~80℃,pH4.1~5之间条件下,钴脱除效率达97%以上,溶液中钴质量浓度降至0.7mg/L以下,满足电积锌的要求。Removal of cobalt from zinc sulfate solution in zinc hydrometallurgy was researched using a new cobalt removal reagent AnBm. The factors of affecting electrodeposit of cobalt were examined. The experimental results showed that removing of cobalt could reach to 97% and the mass concentration of cobalt in solution could decrease under 0.7 mg/L at the conditions of oxidizer Fe^3+ of 42 mg/L and cobalt removal reagent of 2. 4 g/L, reaction time of 50 to 60 minutes, reaction temperature of 70 to 80 ℃ and pH of 4.1 to 5 .
