摘　　要：本文回顾了不同阶段我国血吸虫病防治工作(血防)的项目管理模式及其演变过程,运用项目管理的基本概念分析了影响我国血防项目进展的关键因素,提出了今后我国血防项目应该遵循项目管理的原则,包括目标管理、时间管理、成本管理和质量管理等,以加速我国消灭血吸虫病的进程。The paper reviewed the project management model and its evolution in the national schistosomiasis control in China at different stages. The key factors impacting the progress of the control activities were analyzed by introducing the concept of project management, and the principles, i.e. objective management, temporal management, cost-effectiveness management, and quality management, that would have to be complied with in the future control activities were put forward, so as to accelerate the elimination of schistosomiasis in China.
