饲料中添加怀山药与怀菊花对黄河鲤幼鱼生长及血液理化指标的影响  

Effects of dietary Chinese yams Dioscorea opposita and Chrysanthemum morifolium on growth and blood physiological parameters in juvenile common carp Cyprinus carpio

摘　　要：在黄河鲤Cyprinus carpio基础饲料中加入质量分数为2%的怀山药与怀菊花,在室外水泥池中饲养42 d后,测定其生长性能及血液理化指标,研究怀山药、怀菊花对黄河鲤生长及血液生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:怀菊花能显著提高黄河鲤的增重率、特定生长率(P(0.05),分别比对照组提高11.68%、5.60%;怀山药对黄河鲤的生长效果无显著影响(P(0.05)。怀菊花组黄河鲤血液中红细胞(RBC)数量(P(0.05)显著提高,红细胞平均体积(MCV)极显著提高,血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于对照组(P(0.05);怀山药组黄河鲤血清中球蛋白(GLB)含量显著高于对照组(P(0.05)。Juvenile common carp Cyprinus carpio weighing 21.85 g was fed the basal diet containing 2% Chinese yams Dioscorea opposita and Chrysanthemum morifolium for 42 days to investigate the effects of the diet containing Chinese yams on growth and blood physiological parameters of the fish reared in out - door tanks. It was found that the fish fed the diet supplemented with Chrysanthemum morifolium had significantly 11.86% higher weight gain, and 5.60% higher specific growth rate than the fish fed the control diet （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, no significant difference in growth was observed between the fish fed the diet containing Dioscorea opposita and the fish fed the control diet. The dietary Chrysanthemum morifolium improved red blood cell count and mean corpuscular volume of the fish （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significantly higher content of albumin in the fish fed the diet containing Chrysanthemum morifolium and significantly higher content of the globulin in the fish fed the diet containing Dioscorea opposita than those in the fish fed the control diet （P 〈 0.05）.
