摘　　要：农业信息化是发展现代农业的重要途径,也是贫困地区走上"脱贫致富"之路的强大动力。本文从贫困地区民众获取信息途径的调查和分析着手,论述了利用"村村通"工程与"三网合一"模式的信息通道和平台,构建高效、实用、快速的扶贫信息服务系统的问题。Agricultural informationization is an important path to realize the modem agriculture and a best choice for poverty alleviation. Based on a survey and analysis of the channels for the people in poverty - stricken areas to get agricultural information, the author of this article has discussed about how to establish an effective and practical information service system by utilizing the established telephone, TV, and radio networks.
