摘  要:利用文献中已有公式计算土工离心机的风阻功率时,一直存在计算值比实际值偏小的情况。该文将机室中随流空气作用在旋臂上的力矩分为迎风面、顺风面和背风面力矩,从旋臂和随流空气的力矩平衡条件出发,导出了电机输出总机械能向热能的转化关系,找出了以前计算值偏小的原因,建立了密闭机室型土工离心机的新的随流比方程和风阻功率公式。采用不同公式计算了一台已建成的密闭机室型土工离心机的风阻功率,将计算数据与实际数据进行对比,表明新建立的公式避免了以前计算公式中的不足,能够大幅度提高风阻功率的计算精度。The aerodynamic power calculated by using the existed iormulas in reterences as always mucn less than the practical one. By analyzing the transformation of the total mechanical energy output from electric motor based on the equilibrium condition of moment acting on the rotating arm and the following flow air, the reason why the calculated power is less than the practical one is found and the new formula of aerodynamic power as well as the equation of air following flow ratio are deduced for geotechnical centrifuges with closed chamber. The aerodynamic power of one constructed geotechnical centrifuge is computed by using different formulas and the results are compared with each other as well as the practical values respectively. The comparison shows that the new formulas are much more accurate than previous ones in references.
