广西涉外导游人才需求现状分析及培养对策

摘　　要：人才资源是旅游业发展的第一资源。在广西旅游业的发展正迎来新的机遇和挑战的同时,涉外导游和东南亚小语种等外向型人才的紧缺已成为制约其旅游经济发展的瓶颈。对此,广西应充分利用本区的高校以及培训基地等旅游教育资源优势,以市场为导向,统筹规划涉外导游人才培养,改革当前传统的导游教学模式,并加大对人才培养的资金投入,从而从根本上解决人才的紧缺问题。Human resources are the primary resources for tourism development. Faced with new opportunities and challenges, the development of tourism in Guangxi met its a bottleneck： the talent shortage of guide - interpreters and Southeast Asia minority. Therefore, Guangxi should make full use of the local colleges, universities and training bases to make a market - oriented planning for the training of guide - interpreters, reform the current teaching model of guide - interpreters and increase the investment. Based on the above measures, the problem of the talent shortage will be solved fundamentally.
