阿托伐他汀对高血压左室重构及抗心律失常的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压左室肥厚及心律失常的影响。方法:将80例肝肾功能正常的原发性高血压左室肥厚及心律失常患者随机分为对照组、阿托伐他汀组。对照组给予贝那普利10mg/d,阿托伐他汀组给予贝那普利10mg/d+阿托伐他汀10mg/d口服,疗程6个月。分别在用药前、用药后6个月采用超声心动图测舒张末期左心室内径(LVDd)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT),计算左心室重量指数(LVMI)及常规心电图检查。结果:治疗6个月后两组患者左室肥厚的逆转及心律失常改善程度与用药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阿托伐他汀组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀可发挥逆转左心室肥厚及抗心律失常的作用。Objective：To study the effect of Atorvastatin on left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension and arrhythmia. Methods：80 patients with primary liver and kidney function were normal left ventricular hypertrophy and arrhythmia in patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and Atorvastatin group. Control group was given Benazepril 10 mg/d; Atorvastatin group was given Benazepril 10 mg/d ＋ Atorvastatin 10 mg/d orally,treatment for 6 months. Respectively,before treatment,after treatment for 6 months with echocardiography measured left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVDd）,interventricular septum thickness （IVST）,left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPWT）,cal culation of left ventricular mass index （LVMI） and conventional ECG. Results：In the two groups,6 months after the patients,reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy and improvement degree of arrhythmia compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,Atorvastatin group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Atorvastatin may reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and anti-arrhythmic.
