医院药房拆零药品规范管理模式的探索

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院药房拆零药品规范化管理之科学、合理和可行的方案。方法:针对目前医院药房拆零药品管理中存在的某些问题进行分析,建立合理而规范的管理模式,尤其是药品效期的追踪查询。结果:建立了一种较为规范的医院药房拆零药品管理模式,可确保医嘱拆零药品的安全发出,并能有效追踪拆零药品的相关信息。结论:建立规范的拆零药品管理模式是必要的。Objective：To explore or prepare a scheme of dismantle medicines about hospital pharmacy for standardized scientific,reasonable and viable option. Methods：The problems were analyzed based on the hospital pharmacy regulation for dismantle medicines at present,and a reasonable standardized regulation model was establilshed,especially the inquiry of the expiration date of medicines. Results：A comparatively standardized regulation model was estabilished,which could ensure the safety given off of dismantle medicines according to the doctors＇ advice,and be able to track information of dismantle medicines effectively. Conclusion：It is extremely important to estabilish a standardizes regulation of dismantle medicines.
