摘  要:目的:探讨自我管理教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法:将70例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各35例,观察组在药物治疗的同时对患者进行有针对性的自我管理教育,而对照组则行常规健康教育,比较两组患者遵医行为、自觉症状及体征的改善情况。结果:自我管理教育后患者的遵医行为、自觉症状及体征的改善较对照组明显提高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自我管理教育能提高腰椎间盘突出症患者遵医行为,促进患者康复,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of self - managemente dueation on the patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:70 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the observation group and the control group at random and each group consisted of 35 patients equally. Patients in the observation group took medication and at the same time they received conventional health education in accordance with the self - managemente ducation while the control group only used the routine health education. The medical compliance and the improvement of rational symptoms and signs were compared. Results: After the health education, the complialice behavior and rational symptoms and signs of the observation group were significantly,better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Self - managemente ducation can improve the compliance behavior of patients with lumbar disc herniation, promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.
